What happens to unused credits at the end of the month?
Paid plan credits reset on your billing date and don't roll over. Top-up credits are the exception: they're bought outside any plan and never expire, however long you take to use them.
Can I switch plans or cancel anytime?
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately. If you cancel, your access and credits remain active until the end of your current billing period, no early cutoff.
Do you offer refunds?
Subscription and top-up purchases are final once processed, in line with our terms. If a technical issue is stopping you from using credits you paid for, support@nexdge.com will sort it out.
Is API access available on every plan?
API access starts at Pro and carries through Studio and Agency. Free and Solo get the full five-specialist review, dashboard-only.
Does credit cost depend on which language I submit?
No. Cost scales only with line count, not language. All 30+ supported languages cost the same per review.
